Cancellation Information

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Marcel Tobien, trading as EPOS-AI, Weihermattweg 6, 6353 Weggis, Switzerland, email: info@epos-ai.ch, telephone: +41 78 340 88 33, of your decision to cancel by a clear statement, for example by email or a letter sent by post.

You may use the model cancellation form below, but you are not required to do so.

You may also submit your cancellation through the electronic cancellation function labelled "Withdraw from contract" on our website: https://epos-ai.ch/en/withdraw-contract.html. If you use that function, we will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium, such as email.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation before the cancellation period ends.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your cancellation. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a reimbursement fee.

If you expressly requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must, where required by applicable law, pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the services supplied before we receive your cancellation, compared with the full agreed service.

Early loss of the right to cancel

Your right to cancel may end early when the service has been fully performed, provided that, before performance began, you expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel upon full performance.

This information applies to consumers resident in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom.
